a) Chatbot credits
Credits are automatically credited to the user’s account after payment validation. They allow access, depending on the available features, to the use of the chatbot in text mode and, where applicable, in voice mode.
b) Gift cards
Gift cards are delivered in digital form and may be used according to the conditions specified at the time of purchase.
c) Individual sessions
The terms and conditions — duration, format, appointment scheduling — are specified at the time of the order or contact request.
a) Digital services
In accordance with applicable legislation, the consumer is in principle entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts concluded at a distance.
However, this right may no longer apply or may be lost before the expiry of this period when the performance of digital content or a digital service has begun before the end of the withdrawal period, at the buyer’s express request and under the conditions provided by law.
Consequently, the purchase of chatbot credits or the use of a gift card becomes firm and final from the moment the performance of the digital service has begun under the legally applicable conditions, subject to any mandatory legal provisions to the contrary.
b) Individual sessions
The conditions for cancelling or rescheduling a session are specified when the appointment is booked.
Credits purchased on the website are prepaid units allowing access to certain features or services offered by Perspective Nouvelle, in particular the use of the chatbot in text mode and, depending on the available features, in voice mode.

Credits must be used in accordance with the purpose of the service.
Any abusive, fraudulent use or use contrary to these Terms and Conditions of Sale may result in the suspension or closure of the user account, without compensation or refund, subject to any applicable mandatory legal provisions.
If the user requests the closure of their account, they are invited to use their remaining credits before the account is effectively closed. From the effective closure of the account, unused credits are definitively lost and do not give rise to any refund, compensation or monetary conversion, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
Account closure results in the loss of access to the services and features associated with the user account.

In the event of a dispute, the buyer is invited to contact the publisher in order to seek an amicable solution.
