This questionnaire aims to best prepare the next steps of your process or to refine your interaction with the chatbot. It allows me to better understand your situation, what is at stake for you, and the important elements to consider.

Depending on your choice, your answers may be used to prepare a personalised report, and possibly serve as a starting point for a deeper exchange or work later on.

Please fill it out carefully, ideally in one session. Your answers are confidential and used exclusively within the scope of this guidance.

Given what you indicate, I think it is important to clarify something.

The work I offer is not medical or psychological support. It requires a minimal capacity for presence, availability and movement, however subtle.

If, right now, daily tasks are very difficult or clinical support seems like a priority, it is probably more appropriate to first turn to a health professional (doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist).

This takes nothing away from the legitimacy of what you are going through. Simply, this work is probably not the most suitable right now.
